In a Friday ceremony held in Imam Khomeini's mausoleum south of Tehran, Dr.Ahmadinejad said that the nation would not tolerate diversion from the late Imam Khomeini’s path.

Addressing to large gathering of people, attending this week’s Friday prayers congregation on the 21st departure anniversary of the late Imam Khomeini, president Ahmadinejad said he has resisted the arrogance and royalty founded on public assets.

Dr. Ahmadinejad highlighted features of the late Imam Khomeini, notably his characteristic of “respecting the public”. President said that he (the late Imam ) always safeguard public votes and the results with all might as the Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei does it vigilantly, standing all the pressures exerted by the corrupt powers ,said the Chief Executive .

“All and even I have the duty to safeguard foundations of religious democracy and public votes,” announced the president.

President Ahmadinejad said the Imam designated a day in summer in 1979 as “International Quds Day” vigilantly, and he prudently considered the Zionist regime of Israel as the major source ruling over some governments and continued to insist that the Zionist regime is a forged regime.
President Ahmadinejad said that those trying to have a royal life relying on public assets are in the opposite side of path of the late Imam Khomeini .He said the late Imam had launched a campaign against royal life of certain officials and directors, strongly standing such a trend.

He then lashed out at those considering themselves the only inheritors of the late Imam Khomeini sand said no body had the right to name himself the sole inheritor of the Imam.

President Ahmadinejad said the world’s most popular and most democratic elections are held in Iran. “Last year, about 40 million people, i.e. 85 percent of the qualified voters, took part in the fully free elections, breaking democratic system record worldwide. They challenged democracy, party wealth and media.

Condemning Israel‘s attack on Flotilla peace convoy, President Ahmadinejad said, Zionist regime existence was an insult to dignity of all nations. 
“That’s for three years that Zionist regime has surrounded a nation, dropping bombs and missiles on it. The arrogant powers in turn award the criminals’ peace medal, considering the besieged oppressed nation as terrorists.
“Though Zionists apparently stopped the freedom convoy , all should know that under God’s grace thousands of peace and freedom convoys from different parts of the world will soon start to head (for the destination ) by the freedom lovers and they would gift freedom and justice to mankind after removing Zionists.

He went on to say that Zionists' recent crimes are signs of their desperation. “I should inform you that they (Zionists) are arranging another attack on Gaza to make up their past failures and improve their military strength.”

The Zionists regime is now the most hated regime in the eyes of nations; he added that attack on the freedom convoy is now turned into criteria to gauge sincerity of governments. Certain nations have taken good stances but the US government, dominated by Zionists, has taken a stance in favor of Zionists, he added.

“The US government should repent and know that support for the Zionist regime will bring (the US president Barak) Obama’s government to its end point.”

He also warned the Zionist rulers that any new aggressive move will mean their death.
